Personally I find that some type of self care morning ritual definitely sets me up for a more productive and positive day. Not every morning is the same, but I definitely structure my mornings so that I am getting a minimum of 30 minutes of self care before the day really begins and gets away from me. Self care may look different for everybody and thatโs okay. These are easy ideas that you can incorporate into your mornings before the craziness begins.
โข This morning, I chose to meditate with @gabbybernstein on @getthemirror followed by 20 minutes of reading her latest book titled Super Attractor. So before I get into the book, let me tell you a little bit about my meditation choices.
โข There are some great apps to use, one of my favorites is Calm – it has so many options – choose what resonates with you when it comes to meditation. My other favorite is meditation with Gabby Bernstein on @getthemirror. You choose what times frame works for you and right now, I enjoy anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. This morning, I chose 10 minutes. Another way I choose to meditate, is outside on my back deck, with the natural peace and calming of nature, allowing me to hear and honor my breath all while hearing natures music of birds and the breeze in the trees. Definitely one of my favorites when the weather allows. Probably one of the most stimulating meditations for me, is doing the Akashic Records Meditation with @stacy.oliver_akashic.coach. It is powerful, calming and I feel the gates opening and a whole new positive and exciting feeling overtake me.
โข Currently I am reading Super Attractor by Gabby Bernstein and while this is my choice of read, it may not be fore you. Find something that resonates with you, that brings you clarity, peace and understanding and a positive outlook that sets you up for a good day. Or that allows you to escape to a good place for a good few minutes (or hours!!). With the way things are right now, I need something that makes me feel that I can get through this, that helps me navigate through changing my mindset, that keeps me positive and feeling like I am a super attractor and how to be in tune with my spiritual self that can bring abundance to me and those I care for, or wish well for. I love that this is all about empowering myself and others.
