Last year September, I graduated from one of the best Nutrition Schools in the USA, The Institute of Integrative Nutrition – yes, excitedly I’m a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach!! It was a year-long, intensive program and I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, 100+ dietary theories, mindset training, etc. Believe it or not, HEALTH is not just about the food you eat and the exercise you get, it’s about every aspect of your life – your home life, your career, your relationships, your spirituality, your finances, etc. I see you as a WHOLE person and food-health and mind-health go hand in hand.
