My Story…
In 1999 I was given the opportunity to move to the United States and train clients in Atlanta. A few years later due to meeting my husband, I relocated to St Louis and continued my personal training there. Fitness and nutrition have always been intriguing for me and after many courses and training, I knew there was still something missing. Enter Beautycounter and my whole world changed. It opened my eyes and what I thought I knew and trusted was not so. I knew then I had found another piece to my puzzle on the wellness journey. I knew I had to not only help people be active, but to educate them on the harmful and questionable ingredients found in beauty products, products we use on our and our family’s bodies EVERYDAY. I new I had to share about the lack of regulation in the industry. I knew I had to become a voice and share with everybody I could. Of course, with this came the de-toxing of our home of cleaning products, mattresses, weed killer, you name it. It was a slow process but I made it my business to make my home safe for my family. To control what I can in my environment and help advocate for those of you out there that are in the same place I once was…unknowing.
