Loaded Veggie Pizza 8″

- pizza pan or a metal tray
Ingredients
- 1 Outeraisle Cauliflower Pizza Base
- 1 teaspoon Avocado Oil
- ½ cup Spinach Destalked and cut longways
- 3 to 4 organic cherry tomatoes Halved
- 1 to 2 Organic Broccoli florets Chopped up into smaller pieces
- 2 Organic marinated artichokes Halved or quartered
- 5 Organic Kalamata Olives Halved
- 1 teaspoon Violife Feta Cheese ¼ inch cubes
- 1 tbsp Organic red onion Diced
- ½ Avocado Sliced into thin strips
- ½ tsp oregano
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350F
- Lightly baste cauliflower pizza with a teaspoon of avocado oil and ½ tsp oregano.
- Place in oven for 5 to 8 minutes to crisp up.
- Remove from oven and start layering with the above ingredients, starting with the spinach first and adding tomatoes last. Spread evenly.
- Place in oven for another 8 to 10 minutes (max – depending on your oven).
- Once cooked, remove from oven and add avocado slices.
- Lightly salt and pepper if needed.
