Health & Nutrition Coaching

With the world as it is today being so fast-paced, easy access to foods/things/information, and instant gratification to the same, I feel somewhere along the way we have lost the ability and joy of achieving things by way of working hard for them. Cooking being one of them by way of actually making food from scratch and with enjoyment and LOVE. We are all so busy that we don’t even realize that this “EASY’ access to everything is doing us long-term harm.

Last year September, I graduated from one of the best Nutrition Schools in the USA, The Institute of Integrative Nutrition – yes, excitedly I’m  a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach!! It was a year-long, intensive program and I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, 100+ dietary theories, mindset training, etc. Believe it or not, HEALTH is not just about the food you eat and the exercise you do, it’s about every aspect of your life – your home life, your career, your relationships, your spirituality, your finances, etc. I see you as a WHOLE person and food-health and mind-health go hand in hand. While we struggle with our current lifestyle, change seems so daunting, so hard, BUT it is doable and I am here, by your side guiding you, listening to your needs, your fears, your concerns. I will encourage and help motivate you to take those steps to find what is important to you, to improve your health, to discover who you want to be, to help you rediscover your health mind, body and soul.

Personally, I believe that health is EVERYTHING. If you don’t have your health, you don’t feel motivated or well enough to accomplish anything in life. And I can help you get there. I will help you start with very basic principles. I will support you and hold you accountable and I will help you navigate through the changes that need to be made to achieve your success.

I am offering a free 40-minute consultation to anyone who’s interested in working with a holistic health coach. I work with clients as a supportive mentor, remotely & one-on-one, to help them feel their best – through food, lifestyle, and mindset changes. Instead of prescribing a one-size-fits-all approach, I will tailor an individualized wellness program to meet your needs. We will confidentially discuss your health history, regarding your challenges and hurdles, while highlighting the goals you seek to achieve and a game-plan to accomplishing those goals.

How It Works

Are you are a mom run ragged from all the kids activities and schooling and not finding time for yourself… 

Are you are a working woman or even a mom whose kiddos are now at college and you find yourself in a rut or too tired and no matter how many times you start on your journey to find your healthy self, you always fall back into those old comforting ways…

We will create a relationship to work together exploring what is holding you back, your goals and changes you are wanting to implement into your life. Digging deep into all aspects including career, finances and physical activity to name but a few. I will help you realize that everything you ever needed, is right inside of YOU. We will work together to find your motivation needed to achieve the changes you seek. As we work through all these aspects, you will see and feel a shift as you begin to recognize and implement your strengths and values bringing on the growth and changes you are working for.

Session Frequency: twice a month – same day and time – for a six month period for optimum results.

Session Duration: 50 minutes per session.

Session Format: Sessions can be done through FaceTime, Zoom or Skype and of course, if you live in the St Louis area, in person is preferable.

Session Fees and Scheduling: Fees are paid at the start of the first session for the month and should you need to reschedule, a 24-hour window is needed so as for you to not forfeit your session. Cash, PayPal and cheques only.

  • Two 50-minute sessions a month – same day and time
  • Handouts to help you along your journey (includes recipes and relevant articles)
  • A journal to use as you please for day-to-day journaling, food or daily positive things in your life
  • Books from my library to borrow (for 2 weeks at a time)
  • Recipes geared for your specific health journey

3. Platinum 360 HealThy Self (message for pricing)

Includes:

  • Two 50-minute sessions a month – same day and time
  • Handouts to help you along your journey (includes recipes and relevant articles)
  • A journal to use as you please for day-to-day journaling, food or daily positive things in your life
  • Books from my library to borrow (for 2 weeks at a time)
  • Recipes geared for your specific health journey
  • 2 workouts a week designed for you
  • Access to me via cell and text between the hours of 8am and 4pm every day (excluding weekends)
  • Grocery shopping with you once a month – navigating through better choices and learning to read food labels
  • Learning to batch build and meal prep for the week ahead
