Reading this article a few days ago re-inforced EVERY SINGLE reason WHY I decided to become a Certified Nutrition AND Health Coach. With the world as it is today being so fast-paced, easy access to foods/things/information, and instant gratification to the same, I feel somewhere we have lost the ability and joy of achieving things by way of working hard for them; cooking by way of actually making food from scratch and with LOVE. We are all so busy that we don’t even realize that this “EASY’ access to everything is doing us long-term damage.
