Easy Healthy Soft Tacos
Quick easy healthy Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 Siete Almond or Cassava Tortilla (per person)
- ¼ cup Organic grated cabbage (white and purple) (per person)
- 1 pinch Organic grated carrots (per person)
- 1 box Sushi At Home Smoked Tuna (from Whole Foods)
- ¼ Thinly sliced avocado (per person)
Mango Salsa
- 1 cup Organic Mango chopped into ¼ inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp Organic Red Onion finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp Fresh organic Colantro leaves, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp Lime juice
- pinch Salt to taste
Instructions
Mango Salsa
- In a small serving bowl, combine the Mango Salsa ingredients. Add lime and sal and lightly mix ingredinets together to coat with the lime juice.
Tacos
- Layer the ingredients starting with the grated/shredded cabbage and pinch of grated carrots
- Add three to four pieces of the sushi-grade tuna
- Top with a spoonful of Mango salsa
- Top off with 2 to 3 thinly sliced avocado
