Ingredients

Siete Almond or Cassava Tortilla

Organic grated cabbage (white and purple)

Organic grated carrots
(per person)

Sushi At Home Smoked Tuna
(from Whole Foods)

Thinly sliced avocado
(per person)
Mango Salsa
1
cup
Organic Mango chopped into ¼ inch cubes

Organic Red Onion finely chopped

Tbsp
Fresh organic Colantro leaves, finely chopped

Lime juice

Salt to taste
Instructions
Mango Salsa
In a small serving bowl, combine the Mango Salsa ingredients. Add lime and sal and lightly mix ingredinets together to coat with the lime juice.
Tacos
Layer the ingredients starting with the grated/shredded cabbage and pinch of grated carrots
Add three to four pieces of the sushi-grade tuna
Top with a spoonful of Mango salsa
Top off with 2 to 3 thinly sliced avocado
